But she did not listen to what they were saying and listened to the wolf who then tells her to ‘take off [her] clothes and come to bed’. By doing what the wolf says this may be interpreted as how the wolf is trying to transform the girl into being like him by doing what he does. This could also mean the male character has more sexual experiences than the girl. Because needles are harder to use than pins which mean without practice needles can hurt. Furthermore, in Red Riding Hood she was wearing red which is the colour of blood as she was a virgin she became the prey of the wolf.
